Prof. Dr. Andreas Müller
Andreas Müller is Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in International Economics. He graduated with a PhD in Economics from the University of Zurich and joined the University of Basel in 2023. He is also a Research Affiliate at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR). His research and teaching activities revolve around international macroeconomics and finance, with a particular focus on international borrowing of governments. His work has been published in international academic journals such as the American Economic Review, the Journal of the European Economic Association, the American Economic Journal: Macroeconomics, and The Economic Journal.
