MBA Program – Mergers & Acquisitions Module & DAF Technology Lab Visit in the Netherlands
Our MBA students had the unique opportunity to take part in an intensive and hands-on Mergers & Acquisitions module at the TIAS School for Business and Society, Tilburg University (NL) – combined with a cutting-edge technology experience!
🔹 M&A Module @ TIAS, Tilburg University
Led by Prof. Pascal Böni, students gained in-depth insights into key M&A topics, including:
- Topic 1: On the Value of Mergers & Acquisitions
- Topic 2: The M&A Process & Due Diligence
- Topic 3: The Role of Valuation in M&A
- Topic 4: Peer Group Valuation in M&A
- Topic 5: Event Studies in M&A: The Credit Suisse Case
- Topic 6: The PubliGroupe Case Study, Part I & II
- Topic 7: Various Topics in M&A
Through case studies and interactive sessions, students were able to deepen their knowledge while also expanding their professional network – all rounded off with a lovely group dinner.
🔹 Visit to the DAF Technology Lab, Tilburg
A true highlight of the program was the visit to the DAF Technology Lab – a state-of-the-art center for Virtual, Mixed, and Augmented Reality. The lab features immersive CAVE systems that enable collaborative 360-degree VR experiences, supporting innovative approaches in research and education.
