Since September 2025, I am a PhD student in Environmental Economics under the supervision of Prof. Beat Hintermann at the Faculty of Business and Economics (WWZ) at the University of Basel, Switzerland. I am an SNSF-funded doctoral assistant working on the project “Shifting demand for public transport across time and modes” in partnership with FAIRTIQ (2025-2029). Before starting my PhD, I completed internships in economic consulting at Fideres (Competition Economics) and eftec (Environmental Economics) as well as the Office for National Statistics (ONS). During my undergraduate studies, I also worked as a research assistant in Experimental Economics and was a Laidlaw Scholar in Research and Leadership, completing research in Demographic Economics and a leadership-in-action project in Fiji.
