The determinants and consequences of work-related stress
Recent research highlights the importance to fight against the stigmatization of people suffering from mental problems, which affects one person in four. Work-related stress is one main driver that fosters substantial mental and health problems.
The objective of our research is to explore to what extent establishments contribute to their employees’ stress levels and to gain new insights on human resource management practices that are associated with work-related stress.
