Prof. Pascal Gantenbein
Pascal Gantenbein is the Henri-B.-Meier professor of Financial Management at the University of Basel. He also serves as the Dean of Studies at the Faculty of Business and Economics. His academic interests are in the areas of corporate finance, corporate governance and risk management, as well as real estate finance and venture capital. He has a Ph.D. from the University of St. Gallen and received his habilitation also from the University of St. Gallen. Furthermore, he was a visiting professor at HEC Paris, the University of Geneva, the University of the Witwatersrand’s Wits Business School in Johannesburg, and HEC Montréal, Canada.
