Graduation Ceremony at the Faculty of Business and Economics

Friday, 24 October 2025

For all bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees obtained during spring semester 2025, the graduation ceremony will take place on 24 October 2025 at the Stadtcasino Basel.

Start of the ceremony: 16:00, followed by an aperitif (approx. by 18:00). Attendance by invitation only and prior registration. As a graduate please register yourself and the number of accompanying persons via this link no later than 15 October 2025.

Rehearsal
In preparation for the ceremony, we ask all diploma candidates to arrive at the Stadtcasino Basel as early as 14:30. We will go through the procedure of the diploma ceremony with you and conduct a standing rehearsal. This will be followed by group photos of all graduates (bachelor's and master's degrees as well as the doctorate's). We will provide the photos afterwards.

As a graduate, please register for the ceremony no later than 15 October 2025.

As a bachelor's or master's graduate, you can register up to three accompanying persons free of charge. For additional persons (up to three more) we will charge you a contribution. For more details, please see your personal invitation.

If you are a graduate and cannot attend the graduation ceremony, please deregister via this link.

You can either pick up your graduation documents in person at the Dean of Studies Office after the graduation ceremony or we will send them to you by registered mail.
