Your master's thesis at the chair of Human Resources and Organization

If you would like to write your master's thesis at the chair of Human Resources and Organization, you can contact Ms. Knöpfli with a topic request and desired start date. Please attach your current grade transcript from your master's degree as well as your bachelor's degree transcript to your email to Ms. Knöpfli. The latter will help us to better assess your background and to find a suitable topic for your thesis. Subsequently, your application and topic request will be processed internally.

Students of the master programs "Business & Economics" or "Business & Technology" who complete the master's seminar "Strategy, Organization and Human Resource Management" with a good grade are invited to write their master's thesis with Prof. Beckmann.

Taking the master's seminar is not a prerequisite for writing a master's thesis at the chair of Human Resources and Organization, but successful graduates of this course will be preferred.

In addition, students with the specializations "Labor Economics, Human Resources and Organization" (Master Business & Economics) or "Human Resources" or "Strategy and Organization" (Master Business & Technology) are preferred.
