The talk by Prof. Niti Bhasin will focus on the implications of the Trade and Economic Partnership Agreement (TEPA) between EFTA states and India for mutual market access in different industries, intellectual property rights (IPR), and some aspects such as environmental and labour market issues.

Prof. Bhasin’s expertise is in the areas of international business, free trade agreements and foreign direct investment with a special emphasis on multinational enterprises from emerging markets.
