Prof. Dr. Gantenbein's module on 'Principles of Business Valuation' was a significant success. It comprised three exciting days of intense exchange and case studies. Students deepened into key elements crucial for valuing companies, projects, and financial instruments, exploring their application within the broader context of central management disciplines and the business environment. The course's success is measured by the ability to comprehend the importance of corporate financial management, specifically the interplay between strategic and financial corporate decisions.
