Leadership Development Workshop with Dr. Thomas Sieber
Our students 🧑🏼🎓👩🎓 participated in an exciting leadership development workshop based on a prior 360 assessment, which provided them with new insights and skills. Overall, it has been a day filled with excitement and enriching the participants with renewed motivation and knowledge. Dr Thomas Sieber (https://lnkd.in/g-CFMzYz) is the instructor for this leadership course and is also Executive Director of our MBA Finance | Executive Master in Finance (MiF) programme.
The aim of the leadership module is to reflect on the personal development path to date and to develop a vision and goals for oneself. Participants develop their own leadership development plan based on the Leadership Circle Assessment and debriefing.
Circle assessment and debriefing with a coach. The goal is to find one big thing they want to do less of in the future and one big thing they want to do more of. After the Leadership Development Plan, each student has 2 more hours of coaching.
